Having Trouble Playing the Video?

First, if you are on a slow phone modem at home you must realize that video files are large and take time to load.

The most frequent complaint we hear is that the video will only play part of the way and then stop. Clicking on the play button of your Windows Media Player, Real Player, etc typically will NOT resolve the problem.

Try this instead...With the video player window still up, just move it to the side so that you can see the original link from which you launched the video in the first place... and click the link again. This nearly always works.
